Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email — when you create an account on the register page. We use it for sign-in and account recovery only.
• Server logs — IP-derived country, user agent (hashed), request paths and timings; used for operating the service. Not used for advertising.
• Errors — exceptions captured in our self-hosted GlitchTip instance for debugging.

What we do not collect

• Tracking cookies for advertising
• Third-party analytics in V0.1.0 (PostHog ships in a later milestone)
• Sensitive personal data (we don't ask for it)

How long we keep it

Server logs: 30 days. Account email: until you ask us to remove it (email hello@skolo.dev) or you delete your account.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@skolo.dev. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Where data lives

Data is processed via Cloudflare's global edge network and stored in Cloudflare D1 (in the ENAM region). GlitchTip self-hosted instance for error data lives on a US-based VPS.
