Skolo.Dev is a SaaS platform operated by Skolo Dev LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Pre-launch nature
Skolo.Dev is in pre-launch development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Do not store data here that you can't afford to lose.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, to attempt to disrupt the service, to abuse rate limits, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
4. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and notifying us of any unauthorized access.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) US$50.
6. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes are announced via the email on file or on the landing page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
